You probably thought the holiday gift giving was over. Not yet. You haven’t yet gotten your gift from me.
I’m so happy to share this with you. I’ve been working on it for a while, and I hope it brings you inspiration, comfort, and a sense of the sacred as you enter into the new year. It’s called The Real Life. It’s a compilation of poems I wrote at Wise Living in 2010, each now paired with a stunning piece of art, and in a beautiful package for you.
Download below, enjoy, and share with others.
Love & blessings for the new year,
Tara

I am posting it as today’s Tuesday Tidbit right now…
Thank you. Perfect timing.
Beautiful, thank you!
Found you through a tweet by Tracey Clark
Followed T. Clark’s tweet here as well. How lovely. Thank you so much for all the work you went to to share this with the world, to share it with us. I was so touched and inspired by your words and will revisit them often, to remind me that all is well, I will be okay and to keep walking down the road to my dreams. I’m breathing more calmly now. 🙂
So lovely, thank you Tara 🙂

What a lovely and generous gift, Tara! I’m so happy to have been led here by the reverb10 project, and look forward to tapping into your wisdom & insights as the year unfolds. The day after you commented on my “White Space” blog post, I opened a book of Kay Ryan poems to read “Leaving Spaces.” Another solid affirmation of my vision for 2011! Donna
Oh wow. I have only read the first poem, and it’s absolutely beautiful. These pieces are certainly the kind to read slowly and savor.
I’ve written a lot of children’s poetry in college and since. Your beautiful gift feels like such an inspiration to keep creating and keep sharing.
Thank you for that.
Katie

Oh, Tara, what a treat! I devoured this compilation last night and look forward to returning many times to savor your words and the images more slowly. So much to think about and dream about. Thank you for this amazing gift.
I just shared about your book for my Spotlight Saturday feature: http://persistentgreen.blogspot.com/2011/01/free-poetry-e-book-spotlight-saturday.html
Happy new year–thank you for another lovely companion to keep me company!
oh. my. I found you via PersistentGreen’s blog. She always has led me to discover wonderful artists through her Spotlight Saturday feature. But I’ll admit I just wasn’t expecting to be quite so stunned by your poetry. It feels as though you crawled inside me and captured in words some feelings that I hadn’t even known were there. Oh. my. wow.
