Links!

Wise Living readers,

I have a few links/goodies to share with you!

1. My guest post at Tiny Buddha, “16 Ways to Get Unstuck,” a compilation of my favorite simple tools. And my goodness, 1000 people tweeted this article!

2. My guest post at Productive Flourishing, “How to Get Out of Your Business Comfort Zone.” I wrote this article specifically for entrepreneurs, but then blogger Jessica Stillman picked it up at BNET, sharing she found it to be applicable for people getting out of any kind of comfort zone. Good point, Jessica. In it I share some practical advice, and come clean about what’s going on with my own comfort zone in my work.

3. I rarely link to other posts from here, but this one was so good, I just had to share. I’ve been thinking for a long time about the dangers and downsides of adopting the “minimalist” ideology, and this post articulately and beautifully expressed some of what I’ve been thinking, and so much more. For those not involved with minimalism, it’s also a great post about dealing with ourselves and dealing with fear. It’s very, very wise. Written by Natalie Baker as a guest post on Bindhu Wiles’ lovely blog.

Happy reading!

Love,

Tara

  • I read your article on Productive Flourishing earlier this week, and it was in the back of my mind while I was freaking out Tuesday about stepping out of my comfort zone, which I did.

I need to go read your post on minimialism too, because I like you, I have my doubts about it too.

  • Tara says:

Thanks Shawna. Congrats on stepping out of your comfort zone! I’m glad my article at PF was helpful to you. Curious what step you took – please share if you are up for it.
The post I linked to here on minimalism was by Natalie Baker, and is so great. I’ll be writing more about this in next few weeks – stay tuned!

  • I went to a networking event and posted my first video post were the things I did this week to step out of my comfort zone. And both things went very, very well.

We are on a mission to help you realize your playing big dream.
