Today I’m delighted to bring you an interview with Joanna Tebbs Young, an expert in journaling for personal well-being and growth. Joanna has been writing a personal journal for over 20 years and now teaches others how to find healing, creativity, and authenticity through journal writing. She’s a certified instructor through the Center of Journal Therapy and is currently working toward her Masters degree at Goddard College in Transformative Language Arts.
I’m a huge believer in the power of writing about our lives – to bring clarity, move through difficult emotions, and reconnect to ourselves. There is a growing body of scientific research that backs this up – showing that journaling improves mood and even impacts the rates of recovery from illnesses.
Whether you are a wannabe journaler or would like to enrich your journaling practice, I know you’ll find Joanna’s insights and tips useful. Click here for the conversation: Tara Chats with Joanna Tebbs Young
